Shipping & Delivery

Standard purchases are sent USPS Priority 2-3 Day Mail.

Other shipping methods are available upon request, such as UPS.

Insurance is offered by USPS for packages. Rates may vary. Write "insurance wanted" in the comments area for insurance.

We are NOT responsible for items that are lost or damaged in shipment.

In the case of international orders, the customer is responsible for any taxes and/or brokerage fees or any charges relating to the import of the item other than shipping fees charged by us.

Due to the size of some products or the combination of products ordered, shipping may be different from the price shown on the internet. If you think the price of shipping may be different due to size reasons (or insurance is wanted), write in the comments area that you would like us to email you with the final charge amount. Otherwise, changes will be seen on the invoice enclosed with the package.

Due to inconsistency of what we receive from China, parts may not always look exactly like pictures and complete assemblies may not have exactly everything in the picture. If you have questions, feel free to give us a call at 615-315-5686.

Privacy & Security

We take security seriously.  So much so that we dedicated a page about it so there are no questions on how we operate both on the web and in our physical business.

Returns & Replacements

We will exchange/refund any undamaged merchandise but it must be in like-new condition. The customer has 30 days to return merchandise. We will not allow the return of products after 30 days from the date of purchase. On returns for defective items, the purchaser should contact us at 615-315-5686 for instructions.

Starters and solenoids are tested for functionality before they are shipped.

We will not accept returns on electrical parts or fuel injection pumps or special order products.
